To verify your address as a customer in Bangladesh using the nsave app, several types of official documents are accepted. Ensure that the document you submit clearly displays your full name, current residential address, and meets the date requirements outlined below.
Acceptable Proof of Address Documents
The following documents are accepted for address verification:
National ID (NID):
- Ensure your address is visible on the card.
- Both sides of the NID should be included in the image upload.
- NIDs written in Bengali are accepted.Utility Bill:
- Electricity, water, gas, or WiFi bills are valid examples.
- The bill must be issued within the past 6 months.Bank Statement:
- Statements must be recent (issued within the past 6 months).
- They should indicate your name and address clearly.Lease or Rental Agreement:
- Agreements must be issued within the past 6 months.
- Ensure the agreement lists your name and current address.Financial Statements:
- Accepted statements include those from regulated financial services.
- The statements should show your full name, address, and a recent issue date.
Special Scenarios
National ID in Bengali
National IDs written in Bengali are valid. Upload a clear image of both sides of the card via the app.
Mismatched Current and Registered Address
If your National ID reflects a permanent address different from your current residential address, you may use one of the alternative documents mentioned earlier (utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement) to verify your current address.
Troubleshooting Rejected Uploads
If your initial upload is not accepted:
Double-check that the image is clear and well-lit. Ensure all text is sharp and visible.
Ensure your address input matches the address on your document.
Submission Guidelines
