Getting a card approved requires a separate check from our card partners. This part of the process isn’t in our direct control, so there’s nothing you need to do right now.
Typically, card requests undergo verification and processing by external card partners to ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent activities.
The good news is that this doesn’t mean your request is rejected, but it just means it hasn’t been finalized yet, and will take slightly longer to process.
A pending status could indicate either a standard waiting period of one to two days for processing or an extended verification process for compliance and security purposes. Notifications will be sent if any actions are required from your end.
We don’t always have visibility on the exact timeline, so unless we have reached out to you, it means we don't have updates unfortunately. Nevertheless, we’re pushing with our partners for resolution and will update you as soon as we have news.
Delays of around a day are typical, but if the pending status extends significantly longer, you might want to contact us for further clarification.
In the meantime, you can continue using all other nsave features as usual.
If, after its approval, you no longer need the card, you can freeze it as an alternative solution. Freezing the card will not prevent you from using your account or accessing your funds.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us through the app.
