Receiving payments from freelance platforms to nsave
Some freelance and payment platforms (such as Fiverr, Payoneer, or paypal) may automatically link a previously used bank account when you try to add your nsave ACH account as a payment method. This can sometimes lead to additional verification requests.
What’s happening
When adding nsave as a payout method, the platform may:
Automatically select a bank account you’ve used before
Request verification for that bank account, even if it has been removed
Ask for an official bank document (such as a statement or confirmation letter)
This is part of the platform’s internal verification process and is not caused by nsave.
