If there are suppliers you want to exclude from Nuvo's automated trade reference requests, you can easily add them to the blocked email domains list. This can be useful when a trade reference is either a competitor or refuses to provide trade references.
Once a domain is added, no requests will be sent to any references that use that same email domain. As a consequence, you should be sure to add all domains that you know for a company you do not want to request, and be aware that if you add a shared email domain (gmail.com, yahoo.com, aol.com, etc), no requests will go to any of those addresses.
To add a domain to the block list:
Navigate to settings
Click on Credit App Settings
Scroll down to find Trade Reference Settings
Click on Manage under Email domain blocklist
Add the domain with @ in the name
Once you configure this, Nuvo will stop sending future automated trade references to this supplier.
Frequently Asked Questions
It says it is not a valid email address and will not let me save it. How can I proceed?
You might be missing the "@" symbol in front of the domain. Please add that and the error will go away.
