If you review the credit application and notice that the signature field is asking for a name that does not match or is incorrect, please refer to the following suggestions for potential actions to consider.
If you still have the capability to complete the application but wish for another person to sign it, you can easily share the application with a colleague. To do this, you can either refer to this article for guidance or copy the shareable link located at the bottom left-hand corner and send it to your colleague via email. Once your colleague receives the link, they will be able to create an account and affix their signature to the credit application in order to submit it.
If you prefer not to share the credit application, or if the officer/owner/signatory wishes their name to be automatically included, you should contact our support team via email to request a name change for the application. Please send your request to support@nuvo.com and include the desired first and last name for the change. This will ensure that the credit applicant's name is automatically updated to the preferred name for signing the application, eliminating the need for sharing it.
