Smart Questions are a fantastic tool designed to help you screen candidates. You set the questions, you decide which response is most important. Our tool will score the candidates based on the parameters you set out. Result: The best, most suitable candidates are prioritised in your hiring flow for you to review.

  • From the left side menu select “Settings”

  • Click “Applicant Questions”

  • Name the “Question Group” so that you can identify it later when needed

  • Select the type of question: Standard Yes/No or Multiple Choice.

  • Rate the importance of the question to your screening process by selecting the number of stars, e.g. if owning a full driver’s license is essential to the job, rate this question with ten stars.

  • Click “edit responses” to allocate the importance of the answers. Use the slider to select the importance of each response, e.g. Yes response = 10. No response = 0.

Setting Smart Question Groups

You can create question groups in your settings which you can save and use for future use.

  • From the left side menu select “Settings”

  • Click “Applicant Questions”

  • Name the “Question Group” so that you can identify it later when needed
