But what if a candidate accidentally enters the wrong phone number during the application process? No worries! You can seamlessly edit and update the phone number for each candidate directly within their profile. This ensures you always have the correct and current contact details at your fingertips.

How to Set Up SMS Confirmations for Interviews:

Getting started with this feature is a breeze. Just follow these simple steps:

  • Log In to Your Dashboard: Access your Occupop account and log in.

  • Navigate to Company Settings: From your dashboard, click on "Settings."

  • Access SMS Settings: Within the settings menu, you'll find "Company Settings." Click on it.

  • Set Your Company Sender ID: Look for the option "SMS Settings." Here, you'll find "Set Company Sender ID." Click on it.

  • Create Your Sender ID: Your sender ID can be a maximum of 12 characters, including spaces. Only upper and lower case letters (A-Z, a-z) are allowed. Digits (0-9) and special characters are not permitted.

  • Verification Process: After creating your sender ID, it will be sent to our team for verification. This verification process can take up to 8 hours.

  • Permanent Setting: Once your sender ID is verified and set, please note that it cannot be changed. Therefore, choose your sender ID carefully.

Your sender ID will be visible to candidates when they receive SMS messages related to their interviews. Make sure it reflects your company's professionalism and identity.

πŸ‘₯ Managing Multiple Brands: We understand that many users have multiple brands or divisions under their Occupop account. It's essential to note that when you set a sender ID, the same sender ID will be assigned to each brand within your account.

Enabling SMS Reminders for Your Interview:

  • Start scheduling interviews for the candidate as usual

  • In the Confirm Interview Itinerary Section` you can enable SMS Interview Reminders by clicking on ,Yes use SMS to remind candidates of the interview`

  • We give you the option to view the SMS body by clicking. "View SMS" button

  • The candidate will receive an SMS reminder 24 hours before the scheduled interview time.
