📅 The interview scheduler allows you to block book time so that you can schedule multiple interviews in real-time.

Scheduling interviews is done from the candidate's profile.

1. From the left side menu, select “My Jobs.”

2. From the list of jobs, select the job you wish to manage.

3. Click the candidate to enter the candidate's profile. Or you can also select multiple candidates at the same time to schedule them in bulk.

4. Select the “📆 Calendar” icon beside the candidate's name on the top left side of the candidate's profile.

5. Select an interview type from the drop-down list, then go to the next step.

6. Click on the date you wish to hold the interview. You can select and offer multiple times. In the top drop-down list, you can select the interview intervals.

7. You can select the host and other attendants and add them to the panel, then click on next.

8. Select all slots that you wish to block book for interviews.

You can message your candidates by pulling up an already saved email template or creating a customized email on the go, then click on the next step.

Here, you have the option to set up SMS reminders for your candidates if you wish to.

Once everything looks correct, just click on Finish.

*Note: An email will be sent to the candidate with the interview options. Once the candidate selects a time, you will be notified. You can send the same slots to multiple candidates; the slots update in real-time, so when one candidate selects a slot, it becomes unavailable to the other candidates.
