Interview scoring is a feature that allows you to score candidates based on their interview performance. You can create tailored interview scorecards to suit different interview styles and methods and involve all hiring managers in the scoring process. A scored interview also feeds into the candidate's average score value.
Result: Greater focus on the top-performing candidates throughout the hiring process.
How do I score a candidate?
From within the 'Candidate Profile' select 'Interview Score', you can choose to either 'Score Now' or you can send to other hiring managers for scoring by selecting 'Request Interview Score'.
You can also score candidates in groups from the 'Job Page'. Select the candidates you want to score, then select 'with selected' and choose 'Score Interview'.
