Projects are ordered exclusively by your Partner Platform (food app or Client) on your behalf — not by you.
If you're waiting for a photoshoot and haven't received confirmation, contact your Partner Platform directly. Ocus cannot create Projects on behalf of merchants.
Once your Partner Platform has placed the order:
You receive a confirmation email with a link to your Landing Page
A Creator is matched to your location
The Creator contacts you to confirm or schedule the session date and time
Haven't received a confirmation?
If you believe a Project should have been created → contact your Partner Platform directly. They are the only ones who can place the order.
