Issues

Voucher not visible 2 hours before the session | Don't order — contact Ocus Support with Project ID and screenshot |
Voucher not working or insufficient | Don't order, don't pay the difference — handled internally with DoorDash |
Order cancelled after voucher use | No action needed — Ocus resolves it |
Voucher used by mistake (personal) | Contact Support immediately — the amount may be deducted, and no new voucher will be issued |
