Issues with Shopify Products

Product Statuses, Syncing or Shipping Profiles. Why can't my customer see my products?

Some possible issues are as follows:

  1. Your customers might not see products because they may be in Draft status. Products become visible and available for purchase once they have been set Active in Shopify.

  2. You can also check that your products have been synced by navigating to the Connection Tools section and selecting Edit on your application record. Inside the Product List select the + Add Products or + Add Packs buttons to sync the new products or packs to your Shopify store as draft products.

    If your products are showing as "Out-of-Stock", you will need to setup a shipping profile.

  3. If your packs are already synced and you made changed to their pack names in the Client Portal, the packs in your Shopify will still have the original pack name. The easiest way to trace the corresponding packs is to:

    1. Navigate to your connection tools

    2. Click edit on the desired pack and it will take you to the Shopify product where you can make matching changes.
