Important note for products purchased on sale at discounted price of 20% or more

We are excited to offer deeply discounted prices while ensuring all customers have access to these deals. In order to do this, the following policy applies for items sold at a discounted price of 20% or higher.

• Replacement requests will only be reviewed for functional defects.

• Aesthetic variations, including an 'ink splash', 'dot' or other minor marks, are not considered defective and will not qualify for replacement.

These products are still held to our manufacturers' strict quality standards and are designed for full functionality. Additionally, items are new and unused unless otherwise stated.

1. Discount Codes and Promo Codes

• Only one discount or promo code may be applied per order.

• Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with promotions or sale prices in which a discount code already applies.

2. Retroactive Application

• Discounts, promotions, and holiday sale prices cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

3. Price Matching

• Promotions and holiday sale prices are not eligible for price matching.

• Clearance items may be price-matched if a request is made within 14 days of the original order date.
