Using the Combined Email option helps you:
Avoid spamming patrons with multiple emails in the same week—no more cluttered inboxes.
Create a more streamlined, professional experience for your audience.
Customize messaging once, while still promoting multiple productions effectively.
Improve email engagement rates, since patrons are more likely to open one well-organized message than several scattered ones.
👟Walkthrough
Under the Marketing tab and Promo Campaigns, combined emails will be listed.
Contents of the email:
The subject will show either 2 productions (if there are 2 in the email), or “2 productions, and more” if there are more than 2.
The body of the email will include the body text that has been set up in the edit screen, along with each of the production images, names and event times.
Performance Metrics:
On Promote, we’ll show the Performance Metrics per usual.
🎓 Recap
The Combined Email feature in On The Stage’s Promote tool sends one email each Tuesday instead of multiple separate promo emails. It pulls in all eligible performances scheduled to send promo messages that week.
Key features include:
Must have 2 or more promo emails scheduled for that week to trigger the combined version.
Toggle must be ON for the Combined Email to send; individual promo toggles do not matter.
You can customize the subject and body just like with regular promo emails.
