Find the order you need to resend the confirmation for.
Push the red Actions button, and select Resend Order Confirmation.

Access the Orders Section:
From your OTS Dashboard, click on Orders.
Search for the Specific Order:
Enter the patron's First Name, Last Name, Confirmation ID, or Phone Number in the search bar.
Click Submit to display matching orders.
View Order Details:
Scroll through the list and click the red Actions button. Click the Resend Confirmation Order button.
A confirmation email will be resent to the patron.
Optionally, you can also send the order details to the patron's mobile phone via text message by opening the order.
Update Patron Information if Necessary:
If needed, edit the Name, Phone Number, or Email Address associated with the order before resending the confirmation.
