How to resend a patron's confirmation email

Prefer a video version?

Go to your OTS Dashboard and click on Orders:

Then enter the First Name, Last Name, Confirmation ID or Phone Number to Search for the Order:

Scroll down and click on the eye of the order you’d like to bring up:

Click the red Resend Confirmation Order button.

The Confirmation E-Mail has been resent! You may also have the order sent to the patron's mobile cell phone as a text message as well.

You can edit the Name, Phone or Email Address of the order if needed:
