First, log into OTS Dashboard and click on Orders in left hand navigation bar.
Search for patron order using their first name, last name, email, phone number, or confirmation number.
Click on the eyeball icon next to the corresponding order that needs to be fixed.
Under Patron Details, hover over the piece of patron information that needs to be corrected. Click on the pencil icon that appears toward the right side of the page.
Enter the correct information, and next push the floppy disc icon to save.
Lastly, click red "Resend Order Confirmation" button to resend the order confirmation to the ticket buyer with the correct information.
