Changing the Date and/or Time of a Performance

👟Walkthrough

Find the production from the Production menu and push the show's Details button.

Scroll down to the event that has the date or time you would like to change. Click Reschedule on the Actions chicklet.

Adjust to the new date and time and push the checkmark.

You will be prompted to alert ticket holders. Push save.

🎭Noteworthy: If you have already sold tickets, please make sure to inform the current ticket holders of the time/date adjustment.

Once you push Save, the new time/date will reflect on the dashboard immediately.

To change the date or time of a performance on On The Stage, go to the Show Details page, find the performance under the Performances section, and click the clock icon to edit. Once updated, be sure to manually notify any ticket holders, as the system does not send automatic alerts.

  • Double-check availability and conflicts before selecting a new date/time.

  • Schedule changes thoughtfully, allowing enough lead time to inform attendees and adjust promotional materials.

  • Notify your audience promptly: Send a clear email outlining the original and updated date/time.
