Internal Server Error When Trying to Reset Your Password

Let's walk you through how to fix that!

If you get an Internal Server Error message (as seen below) when trying to reset your password, there is an easy and quick way to fix this.

Have another designated OTS User with administrative access log in to fix this.

  • First, they will need to delete your user name and information from the OTS dashboard.

  • Next, they will readd you as a user.

  • Lastly, you will need to recomplete the email verification process to log in.

🎭 Noteworthy: If you are the only user on your account and you are having issues logging in, contact OTS Customer Support or your Account Manager to help you get back in!
