First, find the reserved order under the Orders tab of your main dashboard. Click on the eye icon on the left to open the order.

Next, click on Exchange Ticket located at the bottom right of the order.

Next, check the box next to the ticket you want to release under Release Seat. If there is more than 1 ticket in the order, you can check as many as you would like as they can all be released at once.

Click Save and Exchange ticket.

Confirm you would like to cancel the ticket by pushing Yes.
