👟 Walk Through:
From your show details page, click on the Digital/Print Package tab at the top.
This will bring you to the Digital/Print Package which allows you to regenerate or download your materials or download a shareable QR Code.
When you click on Download, you will need to select either the Print or Digital Package. Or you can simply download the QR code to share.
Once you select the format type, the following message will appear:
Click download and a ZIP file will generate.
The print package contains the following:
Flyer
Large Playbill
Small Playbill
Poster
The digital package contains the following:
Cast and Crew Email
Facebook Cover Photo
Facebook Post
Instagram Image
The image you include in the Print/Digital Package will be your primary marketing image across print and digital, including emails. If you do not have a marketing image, we will automatically pull the Home image for your event (found in the Show Site editor.) If neither of these images are set, we will use a stock red curtain image to ensure you always have a branded experience.
