Adding Venue Contact and Finance Contact Information

It is vital that an active email address for patron communications be added to your account.

Adding your venue's contact info isn't just a nice touch; it's essential!

There may be a few reasons why you should include venue information. Patrons might want to reach you for reasons including:

  • Accessibility questions

  • Parking questions

  • Show specific questions

  • Comp ticket questions

  • Exchange and refund questions

  • Help completing their purchase

🎭Noteworthy: If you do not provide contact details here, we will refer any inquiries to users on your account labeled as box office manager or producer.

Before you publish your event, you will need to add a Ticket Buyer Contact Email.

👟Primary Contact

This can be found on your main Dashboard menu under Admin Settings > Org Contact Details.

👟Finance Contact

If set, this email will be used as the billing email on your Stripe customer record. When cleared, the primary contact email is used instead.
