At this time, traditional promo codes cannot be applied to subscriptions. But pricing can be manually adjusted to reflect discounts and to comp subscriptions.
Subscriptions cannot be refunded.

On The Stage allows two main ways to adjust subscription pricing:
Manual price adjustments: At checkout in the Box Office Portal, you can now reduce or zero out subscription prices to apply a comp or discount.
Promo codes still not supported: Subscriptions do not accept promo code discounts at online checkout.
Subscriptions remain non-refundable by policy, even if manually discounted or comped.
