On the Add-Ons landing page, you can manage and edit the add-on you created. On this table, you will see the On Sale status, Name, Category, Online Cost, In-Venue Cost, Variants, and Actions. Toggle items on and off sale with the green radio button.

  • Edit add-ons by clicking on the pencil icon.

  • Once you edit an add-on, you can also set variants. Variants are different variations of an item that a patron may purchase.

For example: if you wish to sell a Soda add-on, and have Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, and Dr. Pepper - those can be added as variants.

  • To create a variant, enter its name.

  • Under description, type a brief explanier of what the variant is.

  • Enter an identifier under Variant id. This will be used for internal tracking. For example: if your variant has a SKU number, or special identifier for another point of sale system.

  • If the variant you are creating costs more than the base item, add a number under Price Adjustment. If the variant costs the same amount as the base item, leave this blank.

  • Click on Add Variant to create this item.

If you have multiple variants, you need to create one for each item. For example: if you have regular parking plus VIP parking, you need to create "Parking" and then two variants - Regular and VIP.

  • You can add additional variants by entering more data and clicking on Add Variant. If you wish to make changes to variants, click on the pencil icon next to the variant you wish to edit. If you wish to delete a variant, click on the trash icon.

  • Once you are done making these changes, click on the checkmark to save changes. Click on the x to discard changes without saving.

  • Click on Update to save all changes.
