Subscription Redemption Entry Points

There are multiple entry points to the Subscriptions Overview page to begin redeeming your tickets. The first is the Reserve Seats Now call to action button on the confirmation page once you have purchased a subscription.

There is a My Subscriptions link within the email confirmation you receive upon buying a subscription that will also lead you to this page.

The next entry point is the call to action button at the top of the ticketing page on a show site.

🎭Noteworthy: This banner/button will only appear if a subscription is associated with the production.

The last entry point is at the top of the Subscriptions tab on the organization website and production site.

Once you click on this link - you will be asked to log in by providing your email address. Enter your email and click ‘Log In WIth Email’.

If you have a commonly recognized email domain, you can click the Take Me To My Email button to be redirected to your mail client..

The email subject is Your subscriptions verification link.

Click on Log In to be redirected to the Subscriptions Overview page.

Subscriptions Overview - My Shows

Once you have logged in, you will be on the Subscriptions Overview page. The main tab is labeled ‘My Shows’ and contains all productions and performance times associated with the subscription(s) you have purchased.

Click on the right arrow on the production carousel to scroll and see all eligible productions. Click on More Details to view additional information about the production.

🎭Noteworthy: This is inherited from the widget configuration page, which is a Platinum only feature. If you are not on a Platinum account - the production information will display the dates of the run of the show, as well as image assets uploaded through the show site design page.

Click on the filter to filter this list by subscription package. If you have purchased more than one package, the list will update to reflect productions associated with the packages selected in the dropdown.

Here, only productions associated with the Submarine Theater Ticket Pack will show on the list below.

My Subscriptions Tab

The My Subscriptions tab contains all subscription packages you have purchased. The page is divided into 2 sections - Active subscriptions and Expired subscriptions.

When you click on an active subscription pass - you can view stats of your pass, such as how many tickets you have redeemed, the redemption end date, when you paid for the sub and how much you paid.

On this page, you can also nickname your subscription. By default, all subscriptions are given a 4 character randomly generated ID so that you can distinguish between them in the redemption process. A nickname helps distinguish subscriptions from each other if you are managing more than one.

To nickname your subscription, enter a nickname in the field at the bottom of this modal and click Save.

Selecting Performances for Redemption

To select performances for which you want to redeem your tickets, navigate back to the My Shows tab. Click on the checkbox(es) next to Reserve This Show on the list. You can select multiple performances. Click Continue to move on to seat selection.

The Reserving Seats modal here contains context about the next step in the process. If you have selected multiple productions, you will see a unified view for each production that shares a seating chart. This is to enable selecting the same seat across multiple productions. Click ‘I Acknowledge’ to continue.

Selecting Seats for Reserved Productions

This transitional screen shows you that the first shared seating chart is loading, and it shows which productions you are able to select seats for using the chart. The system will always show reserved productions before any GA productions.

On the top right corner, the production and performance information for this shared seating chart is displayed.

This seating chart is the combined view of performance availability for all of the performances you have selected. If a seat is showing as unavailable, it means it is unavailable for one or more of the performances.

Once you have clicked on the seat you wish to book, you must choose which package you wish to use for that seat. All packages you have purchased that are eligible will be listed here. Click ‘Select’ to redeem the seat for a package.

The cart on the right hand side will update with the seat you have booked across all performances, as well as which package you used to book the seat.

Click on Continue at the bottom right corner to proceed.

If the performances you have selected contain another seating chart, the system will transition to the next set of reserved productions that share a seating chart.

This second seating chart works the same way as the first - you select the seat, choose which pass you wish to use with that seat, and it will update your cart with that seat for all applicable performances.

🎭Noteworthy: If you click on the Pick Individual Seats Instead button at this point in time - you will be taken back to the beginning of the workflow to choose individually for *all* performances. We do not currently support choosing individually for one seating chart but not another.

Selecting Seats for General Admission Productions

If the performances you have selected contain GA shows - they will be shown on a combined screen at the end of this selection process.

Use the + and - arrows on the ticket selector to redeem GA seats for these performances with your eligible subscriptions.

Click on Continue once you are done making your selections.

Add-Ons

If add-ons are available for the productions you have selected, they will appear on the add-ons screen.

Click Add To Cart to purchase the item. Use the dropdown to choose size/variant (if applicable).

🎭Noteworthy: If you select multiple performances, only OTS-fulfilled merchandise items will display here. If you only select a single performance, all eligible add-ons will display.

Click Continue to proceed to check out.

Checking Out

At the end of this process, your cart will show the productions, performances, seat information, and pass information for every action you have taken in this workflow.

If you are not purchasing any add-ons, click Redeem to process your tickets at no additional cost. If you are purchasing add-ons or processing a donation - you must enter billing and shipping information as normal.

Once your redemption has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation for all performances to your email address. These confirmations will contain the QR codes for these tickets, just like if you were buying a ticket through our normal workflow.

Click on Redeem More Tickets to be brought back to the Subscriptions Overview page.

🎭 Noteworthy: Productions With A Mix of General Admssion & Reserved Seating

Currently, all shows with a mix of GA & reserved seating will be treated as Reserved productions. The GA sections will be unbookable through this workflow.

🎭 Noteworthy: Subscriptions with Section Restrictions

If a subscription package has a section restriction - only the tickets within the selected section(s) will be eligible for selection when you reach the seating chart. The subscription package with the restriction will not appear on any ineligible seats.
