We're excited to introduce the Activity Feed! This feature allows you to review and manage new messages, tasks, reviews, and missed calls as they come in. This will help you easily monitor important leads and action items.

This new layout gives you everything you need to stay up to date, respond and communicate with your customers right at your fingertips.

The Activity Cards

In your Activity Feed, you'll find various cards that appear in chronological order. Each card has a specific purpose and interaction. Here's a look at the types of cards you'll encounter and how they work::

  1. New LocalMessage

    • Clicking on this card opens a new tab, taking you directly to the new message in LocalMessages. This ensures you do not lose your place in the Activity Feed.

  2. Missed Call

    • Functions similar to LocalMessage cards. Clicking on this card redirects you to the missed call in LocalMessages in a new tab.

  3. Request Updates

    • When you submit a request through our Help Center, it automatically creates a ticket for our Support team. You'll receive updates on the status of your requests directly through the Activity Feed, keeping you informed every step of the way.

  4. Communication Cards from OneLocal Team

    • We’ll keep you informed about onboarding communications and ongoing updates through your Activity Feed. You can view these notifications and choose to dismiss or mark them as done to remove them and keep your feed organized and clutter-free.

  5. New Customer Review

    • Clicking this card will the review on the right side, providing an option to reply to the customer. You can also generate AI responses when replying to reviews. There is an option to expand this section by clicking the arrow in the top right corner.

We hope this new feature enhances your experience and helps you stay organized and on top of important tasks!
