Your new dashboard homepage is designed to give you a quick overview of how effectively your products are performing. It combines a streamlined, user-friendly layout with essential business stats, helping you stay on top of your marketing efforts effortlessly

Key Components of the Dashboard

The dashboard is divided into two main sections: Stats and Activity Feed

Stats Section

The Stats section provides a marketing performance summary across all your products. You can adjust it to show the most relevant metrics for your business. For instance, if you’re using LocalReviews, this section will display the total number of online reviews received, broken down by each connected platform (e.g., Google, Facebook)

Customizable for Your Needs: Choose which stats matter most, so you can focus on key performance indicators without distraction

Activity Feed

The Activity Feed offers real-time insights into your ongoing marketing efforts. This live feed shows updates across your connected accounts, such as new reviews on LocalReviews, with details like:

  • The platform where the review was posted

  • The review type (positive or negative)

  • Comments from the reviewer

Highlights Tab: Here, you’ll find additional information, including quick links to your survey forms and product-specific Help Centre pages, helping you access essential resources with ease.

If you have further questions, reach out to our OneLocal support team through the orange chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen. We're here to help!
