LocalContacts makes it easy to manage your contact database. This guide will walk you through adding new contacts, updating existing details, and deleting contacts from your account

Adding a new contact

  1. Log in to your OneLocal Dashboard

  2. Navigate to LocalContacts in the left-hand menu

  3. Click Add Contacts in the top-right corner

  4. Select Manual Entry from the dropdown menu

  5. Enter the contact’s details, such as:

    • Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

  6. Click Save to finalize.

Tip: To save time, you can upload a contact list in .CSV format. Ensure the file follows these rules:

  • Include only four columns: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number

  • Avoid empty lines

Updating a Contact’s Details

  1. In LocalContacts, click on the name of the contact you want to edit

2. Click Edit Contact Details.

3. A pop-up window will appear where you can update fields like:

  • First and Last Name

  • Phone Number (add or remove)

  • Email Address (add or remove)

  • Opt-out preferences for email or phone number

  • Address

4. Once updates are complete, click Save

Deleting a Contact

  1. Select the contact you want to delete

  2. Click Edit and then select Delete Contact

  3. Confirm the action to permanently remove the contact from your database

Additional Notes

  • Use the opt-out feature to exclude a contact from receiving marketing messages instead of deleting them if you want to retain their information.

  • Deleted contacts cannot be recovered
