How to Set Your Business Hours (Autoresponder)

Set up an Autoresponder so customers texting in can be reassured you'll get back to them during business hours

You can enable an autoresponder through LocalMessages that's set to your business hours (or vacation time), allowing you to make sure your customers aren't left hanging, and give them the information they need to be able to reach out to you successfully. 

Follow the steps below to learn how to set this up.

1. Login to your OneLocal dashboard here

2. Click "Settings" located on the left hand side of the dashboard

3. Click "LocalMessages"

4. Click "Autoresponder"

5. Change your "Status" to "Schedule".

6. You can change the "Auto-Response Message" to whatever you'd like your customer to receive. 

Example:
Hi there, we are currently unavailable, and will respond to your message as soon as possible. Our business hours are Mon-Fri, 9-5pm.

6. Set the "Open Hours" to your business hours (or whatever time you will be unavailable).

You can use the "+ Add Hour" function to put in special hours.

7. Once you've finished, simply click the "Save" button in the top right hand corner of the screen - and you're done!
