To create a new role, go into Settings and then Users & Roles. Click Roles, scroll over to the top right and click New Role. Now, you're able to give the role a name and select the custom accessibility features delegated to this role. Click the Save Role button to see the role appear in Roles List.
To edit a role, select a role into the Roles List and modify the name and/or permissions to your liking and click Save Role.
Go to Settings → Users & Roles
Settings → Users & Roles → Roles
Settings → Users & Roles → Roles → Customize Role → Save Role
