🔧 How We Configure Your Metrics

Your trial platform metrics are based on two things:

  1. Customer Usage Trends
    We’ve looked at what the majority of our customers track successfully in their OneUp platforms.

  2. CRM Best Practices
    We’ve applied our knowledge of how activity is best logged in your CRM to ensure the data is consistent, accurate, and useful.


Bullhorn

Candidates Added

New candidates created, assigned to the candidate owner.

Contacts Added

New contacts created, assigned to the contact owner.

Companies Added

New companies created, assigned to the first company owner listed (usually the owner of the earliest contact created for the company).

Jobs Added

New jobs created, assigned to the job owner.

CVs Sent

Tracks the Add CV Sent action, assigned to the user who completed the action.

1st Interviews Arranged

Triggered when a shortlist status is set to 1st Interview, assigned to the user who made the update.

Total Interviews Arranged

Triggered when a shortlist status is set to any Interview status, assigned to the user who made the update.

Offers

Triggered when a shortlist status is set to Offer Extended, assigned to the user who made the update.

BD Calls

Logged when a note with the action BD Call (or similar) is created, assigned to the note author.

Total Placements

New placement created, assigned to the users named in the Commission Splits tab, or to the placement owner on the placement created date.

Total Revenue Booked

Calculated on the placement created date, assigned to the users named in the Commission Splits tab, or the placement owner.

  • Uses the value of the Flat Fee field where present.

  • Otherwise estimated as:
    (Daily Bill Rate – Daily Pay Rate) × Number of weekdays in the placement.

Total Revenue (Start Date)

Same calculation as Total Revenue Booked, but recorded against the placement start date.

Total Starters

New placement created, assigned to the users named in the Commission Splits tab, or to the placement owner on the placement start date.

Vincere

Candidates Added

New candidates created, assigned to the candidate owner.

Contacts Added

New contacts created, assigned to the contact owner.

Companies Added

New contacts created, assigned to the company owner.

Jobs Added

New jobs created, assigned to the job owner.

CVs Sent

Candidate is moved to the Sent chevron, assigned to the user who completed the action.

1st Interviews Arranged

Candidate is moved to the 1st Interview chevron, assigned to the user who completed the action.

Total Interviews Arranged

A new stage interview is scheduled (1st-4th), assigned to the user who completed the action.

Offers

Candidate is moved to the Offer chevron, assigned to the user who completed the action.

BD Calls

Logged when a comment with the action BD Call (or similar) is created, assigned to the comment author.

Total Placements

New placement created, assigned to the users named in the Profit Splits area, on the placement created date.

Total Revenue Booked

The value assigned to each user in the Profit Splits area is recorded against the placement created date.

Total Revenue (Start Date)

The value assigned to each user in the Profit Splits area is recorded against the placement start date.

Total Starters

New placement created, assigned to the users named in the Profit Splits area, on the placement start date.

JobAdder

Candidates Added

New candidates created, assigned to the first recruiter listed.

Contacts Added

New contacts created, assigned to the contact owner.

Companies Added

New contacts created, assigned to the company owner.

Jobs Added

New jobs created, assigned to the job owner.

CVs Sent

Tracks when a shortlist status is set to CV Sent (or equivalent), assigned to the user who completed the update.

1st Interviews Arranged

Tracks when a shortlist status is set to Client Interview 1 (or equivalent), assigned to the user who completed the update.

Total Interviews Arranged

Tracks when a shortlist status is set to any Client Interview (or equivalent) status, assigned to the user who completed the update.

Offers

Tracks when a shortlist status is set to Offer (or equivalent), assigned to the user who completed the update.

BD Calls

Logged when a note with the action BD Call (or similar) is created, assigned to the note author.

Total Placements

New placement created, assigned to the users named in the Recruiter Splits area, on the placement created date.

Total Revenue Booked

Calculated on the placement created date, assigned to the users named in the Recruiter Splits area.

  • Uses the value of the flat fee field where present.

  • Otherwise estimated as:
    (Daily Bill Rate – Daily Pay Rate) × Number of weekdays in the placement.

Same calculation as Total Revenue Booked, but recorded against the placement start date.

Candidates Added

New candidates created, assigned to the candidate owner.

Contacts Added

New contacts created, assigned to the contact owner.

Companies Added

New contacts created, assigned to the company owner.

Jobs Added

New vacancies created, assigned to the vacancy owner.

CVs Sent

Tracks when a shortlist status is set to CV Sent (or equivalent), assigned to the shortlist owner.

1st Interviews Arranged

Tracks when a shortlist status is set to First Interview, assigned to the shortlist owner.

Total Interviews Arranged

Tracks when a shortlist status is set to First/Further/Final Interview, assigned to the shortlist owner.

Offers

Tracks when a shortlist status is set to Offer, assigned to the shortlist owner.

BD Calls

Logged when a phonecall with the activity purpose BD Call (or similar) is created, assigned to the phonecall owner.

Total Placements

New placement created, assigned to the users named in the Commission Splits area, on the placement created date.

Total Revenue Booked

The value given in the Gross Profit field is split according to the Commission Splits provided, assigned to the placement created date.

Total Revenue (Start Date)

The value given in the Gross Profit field is split according to the Commission Splits provided, assigned to the placement start date.

Total Starters

New placement created, assigned to the users named in the Commission Splits area, on the placement start date.

Tracker

Candidates Added

New candidates created, assigned to the candidate owner.

Contacts Added

New contacts created, assigned to the contact owner.

Companies Added

New contacts created, assigned to the company owner.

Jobs Added

New jobs created, split equally between all owners assigned.

CVs Sent

Tracks when a shortlist status is set to CV Sent, assigned to the 'Assigned By' user.

1st Interviews Arranged

Tracks when an 'Interview' activity is logged, where the interview count is 1. Assigned to the activity owner.

Total Interviews Arranged

Tracks when any 'Interview' activity is logged. Assigned to the activity owner.

Offers

Tracks when a shortlist status is set to Offer Extended, assigned to the 'Assigned By' user.

BD Calls

Tracks activities logged with the type BD Call. Assigned to the actioning user, to the activity start time.

Total Placements

New placement created, assigned to all placement owners according to their assigned percentages, on the Date Confirmed.

Total Revenue Booked

The Placement Value is assigned according to the Ownership splits listed, on the Date Confirmed.

Total Revenue (Start Date)

The Placement Value is assigned according to the Ownership splits listed, on the placement Start Date.

Total Starters

New placement created, assigned to all placement owners according to their assigned percentages, on the placement Start Date.

Loxo

Candidates Added

New candidates created, assigned to the candidate owner.

Contacts Added

New contacts created, assigned to the contact owner.

Companies Added

New contacts created, assigned to the company owner.

Jobs Added

New jobs created, assigned to the first owner listed.

CVs Sent

Candidate is moved to Submitted, assigned to the user who made the update.

1st Interviews Arranged

Candidate is moved to 1st Interview, assigned to the user who made the update.

Offers

Candidate is moved to Offer, assigned to the user who made the update.

BD Calls

Tracks activities logged with the name BD Call. Assigned to the actioning user.

Total Placements

New placement created, assigned according to the placement splits given, on the placement created date.

Total Revenue Booked

Calculated on the placement created date, assigned to the users named in the Splits area.

Candidates Added

New candidates created, assigned to the candidate owner.

Contacts Added

New contacts created, assigned to the contact owner.

Companies Added

New contacts created, assigned to the company owner.

Jobs Added

New jobs created, assigned to the job owner.

CVs Sent

Application status is changed to CV Sent, assigned to the user who made the update.

1st Interviews Arranged

Application status is changed to 1st Stage Interview, assigned to the user who made the update.

Offers

Application status is changed to Offer, assigned to the user who made the update.

Total Placements

Application status is changed to Placed, assigned to the user who made the update.

Deal Revenue Won

When the deal stage is set to Won, the deal value is distributed among all users listed in the Splits area according to their assigned percentages. This value is recorded on the deal close date.

Candidates Added

New candidates created, assigned to creating user.

Contacts Added

New contacts created, assigned to creating user.

Companies Added

New clients created, assigned to creating user.

Jobs Added

New vacancies created, assigned to creating user.

CVs Sent

CV Sent activity is logged, assigned to the actioning user.

1st Interviews Arranged

1st Interview activity is logged, assigned to the actioning user.

Total Interviews Arranged

Any Interview activity is logged, assigned to the actioning user.

Offers

Offer activity is logged, assigned to the actioning user.

BD Calls

BD Call activity is logged, assigned to the actioning user.

Total Placements

New placement created, assigned according to the placement splits given, on the placement created date.

Total Revenue Booked

Assigned on the placement created date, distributed according to the placement splits given:

  • Uses the value of the Fee field for Permanent placements

  • Uses the value of the Total Profit field for Contract placements

Total Revenue (Start Date)

Same calculation as Total Revenue Booked, but recorded against the placement start date.

Total Starters

New placement created, assigned according to the placement splits given, on the placement start date.
