The Direct Admit WI page in jmc Office brings together the student data needed to review eligibility and prepare your Direct Admit submission file for the University of Wisconsin. By identifying academic tiers, required math coursework, and unweighted GPAs, this page allows districts to evaluate students, confirm readiness, and generate the Direct Admit file for submission.

To review a student’s eligibility status and create your file, navigate to Grading > Transcripts > Direct Admit WI in jmc Office.

Step One: Select "Grades 11 & 12," "Grade 11," or "Grade 12" from the drop-down list to view students in the selected group along with their academic tier, required math courses, and unweighted GPA.

Step Two: Place a checkmark in the "On Track for DAW" checkbox to identify students who are on track to qualify for the Direct Admit Wisconsin program.

Fun Fact: The "On Track for DAW" checkbox is enabled only after a student has met the required math courses for the Direct Admit Wisconsin program.

Step Three: Click the "Create Direct Admit File" button to download the file to your computer for submission to the University of Wisconsin.

Step Four (optional): Click the "Opted Out Students" button to view a list of students who have chosen not to participate in the Direct Admit Wisconsin program.

Helpful Tip: To remove a student who is not on track to graduate or who has chosen to opt out, go to the View Student Data page and clear the "Direct Admit" checkbox on the student’s "General" tab.
