The Export DIRS File page allows schools to validate discipline data, identify reporting issues before submission, and generate the XML file required for Minnesota DIRS reporting. By reviewing errors and verifying summary information before creating the export file, schools can improve data accuracy, reduce submission issues, and streamline the reporting process.
To create a DIRS submission file in jmc Office, go to Discipline > Reports > Export DIRS File.
Step One: Click the "Check Errors" button to review discipline records for missing or invalid information that may prevent successful DIRS submission.
Step Two: Click the "Print Summary Report" button to generate a printed summary of DIRS information for review and reference while resolving issues.
Step Three: Click the "Create File" button to generate the XML file used for Minnesota DIRS reporting.
