✅ Districts can now bring spirit wear and merchandise sales, community education registration, event ticketing, and fundraisers together into one district-controlled online store, instead of managing each separately. No technical skills are needed to set it up or maintain it.
✅ General Store also gives families one spot to shop, register, and donate, with their own account, order history, and family member profiles.

✅ Wisconsin districts can now submit their state data with confidence knowing that it includes everything the DPI (Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction) requires for the 2026-2027 school year.
Easier CTE reporting for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027
✅ Districts no longer create CTE concentrator records or assign CTE pathways to courses. DPI now determines concentrator status itself, based on the state course codes already tied to CTE coursework.
✅ Districts no longer report which individual students are participating in a CTE program tied to a course. Previously, a student could take a CTE course without being part of the CTE program associated with it, so this used to require separate per-student reporting. That step is now removed.
✅ For the first time ever, student graduation status will be reported through WISEdata as part of each student's directory data. To update a student’s status, head to the View Student Data > Credential > Opt Out checkbox.

✅ Nebraska districts can now submit their state data with confidence knowing that it includes everything the NDE (Nebraska Department of Education) requires for the 2026-2027 school year.
New requirements for ADVISER data
✅ Districts must submit an IRIP (Individual Reading Instruction Plan) for every K-3 student identified with a reading deficiency to help track their literacy progress. You can manage IRIPs under the View Student Data > ProgHist tab.
✅ Districts need to log every IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) event from a student’s special education referral to evaluation and parent communication. To log an event, head to the View Student Data > SpEdHist tab.
✅ Districts are required to report whether a student’s language proficiency screener has been completed and processed using a new checkbox on the EL (English Learner) tab under the ‘View Student Data’ page.
✅ Districts have to assign a state course code to each transfer record before they can be reported to the state. To locate course codes, use this link. To edit a transfer record, head to Grading > Transcripts > Edit Student Transcripts.
✅ A new Exit Code option ‘Completer with a High School Diploma’ has been added to the Enrollment tab under the ‘View Student Data’ page.
