Do you want to know if your student is on track for graduation and avoid a phone call to the school? jmc makes it easy! Using the credit check detail in the jmc Family portal, families and students are able to keep up to date on student progress toward meeting school graduation requirements. Families can view how many credits a student has in each subject area, how many are credits are required, earned, deficient, and pending in any subject area.

To check your student's graduation progress, log in to jmc Family, and head to Report Card/Transcript > Credit Check Detail. 

Step One: Select your student's name using the drop-down list to view their full past, present, and future credit details.

Helpful Tip: In this report, all courses taken by the student are displayed by subject area along with the number of required graduation credits in each area, the number of credits earned, the number of credits in progress, deficient, and pending to give you a complete picture of what your student has finished and what they still need to accomplish before graduating.

Step Two: Click Print to print the credit check report for future reference.
