Office professionals are always on the lookout for ways to save time and increase efficiency. jmc's partnership with OneRoster adds yet another streamlining tool to the office professional's toolbelt. OneRoster is technology that allows school information systems to securely share class rosters and related data to other learning management systems such as FASTBridge, Renaissance and One2One among others using CSV file import-export exchanges.

Contact support@jmcinc.com to let them know you are interested in using the OneRoster integration, then head to File > Integrations to begin working with OneRoster.

Step One: Click the "Edit" link in the OneRoster row to access your nightly auto import/export settings.

Step Two: Click the "Alarm Clock" icon to set a time for jmc to automatically import/export nightly with your learning management system(s).

Fun Fact: The nightly sync will take care of all data transfers! No additional buttons to click or additional steps to take! Easy peasey!

Fun Fact: Tech Support will setup the FTP settings for you when you contact them!

Step Three: Click the "Update" link to save your changes.

Step Four: Click the "Export Now" link in the OneRoster row to access your OneRoster options.

Step Five: Click the "Create Zip File" button to create a file that will be exported to the learning management system via the OneRoster set up.

Helpful Tip: Click the downloaded file created by clicking the "Create Zip File" button to review the information sent to OneRoster.

Helpful Tip: Follow the import/export instructions provided by the learning management system to complete the OneRoster connection to jmc.
