The convert missing scores to zero option finds missing scores (./LX/LI/M/MI) in the current quarter on assignments up through the date selected and changes them to zero scores, saving you from having to hand enter zeros for students with missing scores. Use this feature near the end of the term when students can no longer turn in late work for credit.

To get started converting missing scores, log in to jmc Teacher to Scores > Convert Missing > Zero.

Step One: Place a checkmark in the "Select All Courses" checkbox to convert missing scores to zeros in all of your classes.

Step Two: To select multiple classes, hold down the Ctrl key (Windows) / Command key (Mac) while clicking a class. Deselect a class by holding down the Ctrl key (Windows) / Command key (Mac) while clicking a class.

Step Three: Enter the last date of missing scores to make zero in the "Date" field or simply click the calendar icon.

Helpful Tip: Double-check you selected the correct courses because this action is irreversible!

Step Four: Click the "Execute" button to begin converting the scores.
