Import Wisconsin special education data into jmc effortlessly, leveraging third-party applications like SEEDS, SpEd Forms, or OASYS while utilizing jmc's membership reports and special education history viewing. Streamline data management, update records, and access comprehensive summaries for efficient special education tracking. With the ability to import special education data via the WISEdata API, jmc provides a seamless integration process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records while simplifying data management for Wisconsin schools.

To get started, head to Wisconsin > Special Education History > Update Special Education History from Ed-Fi API.

Step One: Click the "Update" button to import Special Education History items from a 3rd party application.

Helpful Tip: To view special education data for an individual student head to the View Student Data page and click the "SpEd tab" after the import is complete.

Fun Fact: To enable the "Update" button for importing Wisconsin special education data in jmc, administrators need to disable the SSEPA & SSEPEA settings by accessing the Ed-Fi Settings on the "Administrator Options" page.

Step Two: Click the "Print Summary" button to obtain a printed copy of the transferred records or click the "Cancel Summary" button to return to the Update Special Education History from Ed-Fi API page.
