The "Scheduled Flex Offerings" report in jmc Teacher provides a list of all the flex offerings available during a specific flex time for guiding students to the resources they need. Simply select a flex time to view teacher offerings and capacity limits for each offering. Easily monitor the shifting subjects, adaptable schedules, and diverse time periods associated with your MTSS plan with the Scheduled Flex Offerings report in jmc Teacher.

To view the "Scheduled Flex Offerings" report in jmc Teacher, head to Edit > Scheduled Flex Offerings.

Step One: Select a date and flex time from the "Flex Times" list to view teacher offerings listed associated with that flex time.

Helpful Tip: View all of the available offerings including the teacher, room name/number and capacity for a given flex period to provide guidance for students on which opportunity best suits their needs.

Step Two: Click the "Print" button to print a list of flex offerings for the selected date.
