STEP 2: Start your run
By pressing the RUN button on the dashboard you will be guided to the following screens:
When starting a run, you’ll be asked whether you want to enable GPS.
Turning GPS on lets us track your running speed and distance.
Your location data is never shared with third parties it’s only used internally to calculate your speed and distance.
You’ll also see a screen with instructions on how to properly attach your sensor and strap to your lower leg. You can find the full guide here
STEP 3: During your run
During your run, you’ll see two key things on the screen:
Real-time load
Each foot strike creates a pulse showing the load you experience.
The color of the pulse shows your load zone (green = low, purple = high).
The big number is your current load (avg. of 10 steps).
The small number is your average load for the run.
Running stats like pace (min/km), time (hh:mm:ss) and distance (km)
STEP 4: End your run
To end your session, press the STOP button. A popup will appear asking for confirmation, simply select Yes to finish your run.

STEP 2: Attach & run

STEP 3: Stop measuring
After your run, press both pins again for more than 4 seconds. The LED will stay on continuously, this confirms measurement has stopped.
