By pressing the RUN button on the dashboard you will be guided to the following screens:
When starting a run, you’ll be asked whether you want to enable GPS.
Turning GPS on lets us track your running speed and distance.
Your location data is never shared with third parties — it’s only used internally to calculate your speed and distance.
You’ll also see a screen with instructions on how to properly attach your sensor and strap to your lower leg. You can find the full guide here
Before starting your run, jump a few times up and down or jog in place for a few seconds. This helps to check whether the strap stays in place effectively.
During your run, you’ll see two key things on the screen:
Real-time load
Each foot strike creates a pulse showing the load you experience.
The color of the pulse shows your load zone (green = low, purple = high).
The big number is your current load (avg. of 10 steps).
The small number is your average load for the run.
Running stats
Pace (min/km)
Time (hh:mm:ss)
Distance (km)
To end your session, press the STOP button. A popup will appear asking for confirmation — simply select Yes to finish your run.
Track your load and GPS data live.
Get real-time feedback right on your screen.
Prefer not to look while running? No problem — just lock the screen and keep your phone in your pocket.
