Once you’ve collected your RSVPs and the event date is approaching, you can create pairing groups to organize your golfers. Here is how...

1. Open the Pairing Builder

  • Go to your Event Roster Dashboard

  • Click "Create Pairings"

This opens the Pairing Builder where you can choose your format and pairing group settings.

2. Set Pairing Preferences

  • Confirm the format

    • Tee Time

    • Shotgun

  • Tee Time Format Options

    • Set the time of your first tee time

    • Set tee time Intervals

    • Set number of tee time slots

    • Set number of golfers in a pairing

Note: The builder uses golfers in the Attending and No Response columns to generate initial pairing settings and dynamically changes as you input different options.

  • Shotgun Format Options

    • Set number of golfers per group

    • Set how many groups per hole

3. Fill the Pairing Groups

  • Drag and drop golfers into slots

  • Swap golfers by dragging one on top of another

  • Remove golfers with the "X" icon

4. Use Autogenerate (Optional)

  • Click "Autogenerate" to create pairings by Level or Age

  • Only includes golfers from the Attending and No Response columns

Note: If a golfer is marked Not Attending but is attending, update their RSVP status or manually drag them into a slot from the "Not Attending" column.

5. Save or Publish Pairings

  • Click "Save Changes" to save as draft and return later or "Publish" to finalize

  • Publishing your Pairings does two things;

    • Sends an email to golfers with tee time and group info

    • Updates golfer dashboards in the mobile app

6. Editing Pairings

  • Return to the Event Pairings Dashboard

  • Click "Edit Pairings" to make updates

  • Choose to send updated emails or skip notifications

That’s it—your event pairings are set!
