How to control what email notifications are sent to you

Manage your email notification preferences in Account Settings. Each coach controls their own alerts for a personalized experience.

Overview:

Each email notification is defaulted to ON – because we believe these updates make it easier for you to manage, plan, and celebrate your program’s growth. But if they ever start to feel like too much, you can easily switch them off (or back on!) based on your preference.

And don’t worry if you’re working with other coaches! Every coach in the community has their own set of controls to tailor notifications individually.

How To Control Email Notifications

Navigate to your Account Settings via the profile icon in the bottom left corner. When hovered click Edit Account.

This is where all Account Settings live and you will see Notifications as an option.

This is where you'll control all the email notifications that are sent to your email.

They are all toggled to on by default. When you toggle them off you will not receive an email for that specific category.

Good to Know: Each coach in your community has their own Account Settings and Email Notification Settings that they control individually from you.
