Use Access Code to hide your landing page from non-members. Great for private clubs or invite-only programs.

If you’re a private club or a coach who only accepts select participants, you now have a way to restrict who can view your Operation 36 landing page.

The new Access Code feature gives you control over who can access your landing page by requiring a 4-digit code for non-members.

How Does It Work?

When the Access Code is enabled, only those with the code can view your community’s landing page. This is perfect for:

  • Private clubs that don’t accept public enrollments

  • Programs that are invitation-only

  • Coaches who want more control over visibility

Important Note: For your current members nothing with change. They will be able to access your landing page as normal and will not need to enter the access code. This only affects new prospects who are not part of your community and or members who are not logged in.

How To Set It Up:

  • Go to your Community Settings and enable the Access Code feature.

  • Choose a 4-digit code.

  • Once enabled, your landing page will be hidden from:

    • Non-members

    • Members who are not currently logged in

What do Non-Members See?

  • New visitors (non-members): Will be prompted to enter the code when trying to view your landing page.

  • Existing members (logged out): Will also be asked for the code unless they log in first.

  • Logged-in members: Can access the page as usual — no code needed.

Need to Update or Disable the Code?

At any point you can head back to your Community Settings to update or remove the access code.
