Need a simple way to handle overflow when your program fills up? The Waitlist feature is here to help.
Now, you can enable a waitlist on any program so students can continue to express interest and you can manage sign-ups with just a few clicks.
How to Add a Waitlist
To enable a waitlist:
Go to your Program Settings
Set a capacity for the program
Under the Waitlist setting, select Yes
Once the event reaches capacity, the “Register” button will automatically switch to a “Join Waitlist” button.
What Golfers Experience
When a golfer joins the waitlist, they’ll receive a confirmation email
They are added to the waitlist in timestamped order so you can see who was first, second, third, and so on
Where to Manage the Waitlist
In your Program’s Roster tab, you’ll now see a dedicated Waitlist section.
This section will automatically populate as golfers join.
Your Options for Each Waitlisted Golfer
Once a golfer is on the waitlist, you can:
Add to Program
Add them directly to the program with one click — ideal for offline payment situations.
Send Registration Link
Email the golfer a unique link to complete registration online — perfect for collecting payment.
Send a Custom Email
Ask questions, confirm intent, or follow up before adding them.
Remove from Waitlist
You can remove anyone from the waitlist and include a custom message explaining why — the golfer will be notified.
Special Behavior with Registration Dates
If you’ve added registration open/close dates, the waitlist will automatically appear after the registration close date, even if the program isn’t full.
This ensures golfers can still express interest once registration is closed, giving you a chance to follow up.
