How calendar sync works
Calendar sync lets you subscribe to your Operation 36 schedule using a secure link.
This Op 36 URL works with most calendar apps including:
Google Calendar
Apple Calendar
Outlook
Other calendar apps that support calendar subscriptions
When you add the link to a calendar, your Op36 schedule automatically appears and stays updated. This means you don’t need to manually add or update events.
What You Can Sync
Operation 36 offers two calendar feeds you can subscribe to:
Community Calendar
Includes all events associated with your community (classes, 9-hole events, and programs).
Best for:
Head coaches
Directors
Anyone overseeing the full program schedule
My Coaching Calendar
Includes only the events you are assigned to coach.
Best for:
Assistant coaches
Coaches working with specific groups
Keeping your personal calendar clean and focused
Important Things to Know Before You Start
Calendar sync is read-only
Events must be created or edited in Operation 36. Changes made in your personal calendar will not sync back.
Updates are not instant
Your calendar app controls how often it refreshes subscribed calendars. Changes may take several hours to appear.
You can unsubscribe at any time
Removing the calendar from your personal calendar will not affect your Operation 36 schedule.

Tips for Staying Organized
Use color coding to visually separate Operation 36 events from personal events.
Rename the calendar (e.g., “Op 36 – Coaching”) so it’s easy to identify.
If you share your calendar with others, review visibility settings to control what they see.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
I don’t see my events yet
Calendar apps refresh on their own schedule. Try waiting a few hours, or remove and re-add the calendar.
I don’t see the events I expected
Double-check which calendar you subscribed to:
Community Calendar = all events
My Coaching Calendar = only events you’re assigned to coach
Can I edit events from my personal calendar?
No. The calendar sync is read-only. All changes must be made directly in Operation 36.
Can I add both calendars?
Yes. You can subscribe to both the Community Calendar and My Coaching Calendar if that fits your workflow.
