Family Admin accounts in Op 36 must be at least 13 years old. If the birthday on your account shows you are under 13, Op 36 will display a message letting you know your account has been temporarily disabled.
What You'll See
A message will appear that reads: "You must be at least 13 years old to be a family admin in this app. Because you are under 13 and there are no other admins in your family, your account has been disabled for now."
The only option available will be to log out.
What to Do
You can update your birthday Directly in Your GolfGenius Account. This will fix your Op 36 account.
Log in with your current Op 36 email and password
To update your birthday: click Edit Profile under Profile Details
Enter the correct birthday
Save your changes — they'll take effect immediately in Op 36
