You've finished your three onboarding calls. Your classes are built, your marketing is ready, and registration is open. Here's what to focus on next and where to find help as your program grows.
Before Your First Class
Keep marketing. Keep sending your announcement, posting, and following up on leads right up to your first class.
Watch your enrollments. See who's registered, who's on a waitlist, and who still owes payment. Understanding Enrollments & Billing shows you how.
Get your coaches ready. Make sure every coach can log in to the mobile app and has looked through the lesson plan for week 1.
Your First Weeks
Run class from the mobile app. Open your lesson plan, show skill demos, and record test results as you go.
Play your first 9-hole event. Use RSVP to see who's coming, build your pairings, and track score, greens in regulation, and putts on Op 36 Scorecards.
Hold your first testing week. Every fourth week, students test on the three skills from the weeks before.
Celebrate progress. Students move up a level by shooting 36 or better on 9 holes from their level's tees. Make a big deal of it when they do.
