The Property Queue allows you to add properties to a queue that you can then work through. This is a great way to focus on the properties that need your attention the most.

Adding Properties to the Queue

You can add a property to the queue from the Dashboard or from the Properties page. Find the property you want to add, and click on the plus icon. This will add the property to the queue in the bottom left corner.

Properties Page

There are a number of different options for the property queue. The image below shows the different options divided in to two groups. Let's go over the first box, from left to right.

  • X - This will remove the property from the queue.

  • Address - Clicking on the address will take you to the property details page for that transaction.

  • Health Bar (AKA Priority Bar) - If you click on this, it will pull up the priorities for that specific property so you can go through each of them.

  • x - This will clear all of the properties from the queue.

Next, let's focus on the second box, again from left to right.

  • < - The first arrow will collapse the queue so you only see the purple box with the arrow in it. Click it again to expand the queue.

  • Number w/bullet points - This will hide the properties in the queue from view but will keep the queue open.

  • < > - These two arrows allow you to move through your list of properties. Each time you click on either arrow, you will go to the next/previous property in the queue.

  • Toggle button - This toggle controls what you want to see when you move through the two arrows to the left of it. If the toggle shows Properties with a green background, it will shuffle through the property details page as you go through each transaction. If it shows Priorities and a red background, the priority page will show for each transaction instead.

Image shows the above mentioned options in two boxes. The boxes were added to split the options up and are not in the actual application.
