There are a couple of ways to import your contacts from Dotloop. Below you will find the steps going over each of the options.

Step 1:

Inside the Open to Close property, go to the More tab and click Dotloop. Please ensure that your property is linked to Dotloop or exported to Dotloop. You will not be able to import contacts unless the property is linked.

Step 2:

Click the Import Contacts button and choose a contact role for each of the contacts you are importing.

Step 3:

Tick the box to ensure it will update the contact’s information if found in your Open To Close contacts. Click the Import button.

You can also import your contacts in the Contacts tab in the transaction by clicking API: Import Contacts and choosing Import Dotloop Contacts.
