Link a Dotloop Transaction to an Open to Close Property

Step 1:

Click one of the properties that you want to link the property.

Step 2:

Inside the property, click More and select Dotloop from the drop-down.

Step 3:

Click the Assign Loop button then choose your Dotloop Profile and search for the property address to find a Loop to link to this property.

Step 4:

Click the Assign button.

Step 5:

You will see the message in your OTC that, “This property has been successfully linked to Dotloop” and you can now start to Import Details, Contacts, and Documents. You can quickly pop over into Dotloop and go directly to the dotloop transaction.
