Being able to view your properties from other sources in your Open To Close account helps minimize the amount of back and forth between software, giving you more time in your day. Below are the steps to connect a Dotloop transaction to your Open To Close account.

Step 1:

Go to the property in Open To Close that you want to link with Dotloop.

Step 2:

Click More and select Dotloop from the drop-down.

Step 3:

Under Link Property, click Search.

Step 4:

Choose the Dotloop Profile and search for the property address to find a loop to link to this property. Click the Assign button.

Step 5:

You will see the message in your Open to Close account stating that the property has successfully linked to Dotloop. This means you can start connecting Import Details, Contacts, and Documents.

You can also quickly go to Dotloop and directly to the transaction by clicking Open in Dotloop.

If you have any API Field Map templates for this property, you can choose one from the drop-down to automatically sync property fields with the Dotloop property.
